A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices shown are final prices. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment is received. Processing and delivery times are shown on each product page.

4. Product Characteristics

Custom Colored Wigs are individually colored by hand. Slight tone variations are normal and not grounds for return.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Standard products may be cancelled within 3 days.

Custom Colored Wigs are excluded from withdrawal and return.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rules apply.

7. Governing Law

German law applies.
